1. Use of the Website FullHousePlans.com provides pre-designed residential house plans for purchase and download. You may browse the site without creating an account, but purchasing Plans requires you to provide accurate personal and payment information.
2. Intellectual Property All Plans and content available on FullHousePlans.com are the intellectual property of FullHousePlans.com and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a Plan grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Plan for an unlimited number of construction projects. However, redistribution or resale of the Plan is strictly prohibited.
3. Modifications and Professional Review Our Plans are not stamped by a licensed architect or engineer. You are responsible for ensuring that any Plan you purchase is reviewed and modified by a licensed professional in the state where you intend to build. Compliance with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes is your responsibility.
4. Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a Plan has been purchased. However, if you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from downloading your purchased Plan, you are entitled to a refund. Please contact us immediately at info@fullhouseplans.com with details of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

10. Payment Processing Payments for Plans are processed through 2Checkout, a Verifone company. By making a purchase on FullHousePlans.com, you also agree to the terms and privacy practices of 2Checkout, which can be reviewed on their official website.
